what dakar screen?

can some please recomend me a screen for my
07 dakar the standard one is pants to say the least
i know you can put a pre 04 dakar screen on with a bit of
jiggery pokery but if i can get one thats fits on that would be
sound

Check out the offerings from wundalich (I've got the spelling wrong but I'm sure you know who I mean) I've seen a couple that look very functional without overkill.

Check out Busters website.They have screens very similar to Wunderlich ones ,only much cheaper!

I've seen good reports on a screen from PUIG. Here's a report on one with pictures. It looks good to me. According to the report, it originates in Spain which is a lot closer to you folks than it is to me (too bad, because I wintered there once and really enjoyed it).
I've seen them for sale on Ebay from time to time.

Wunderlich Ergo Screen....

I acquired the Wunderlich Ergo screen second hand from someone on this site for my F650.......transforms the wind protection and all but removes helmet buffeting at any decent speed.......

They are expensive new, but are well made and rigid.......no doubt second hand ones are about somewhere.........?

I have the puig screen, its the same shape as the bmw one but it's about 2 inches longer

i put 25mm spacers behind the top two bolts to lift it up a bit, helps to reduce the wind blast
