What do you do with the switch thing?

got me 1st electric waistcoat (BMW) and im wondering what people do with the extra cord and on/off switch. some sort of velcro arrangement attaching to the tank? or do you just let it hang?

sorry if its a silly question - just feels like a long cord and heavy switch thing flopping around cant be good.

Pull the cord up and trap it with your inner thigh, or tuck the controller in a pocket.

I,ve tried velcro on the front of the saddle but the cord and switch is too heavy to hold there for long.

Assuming you have one of the collarless 'new' type waistcoats:

If you fit an additional Aux Socket to the beak (not expensive) you can loop the cord through your jacket belt (if you have one) then over the top of the bars. The cable's just the right length to comfortably avoid rubbing on the tank and you can easily get on/off with it still plugged in if you wish.
