Reference the mousses, fit the little blighters in the tubeless tyres makes bike go loads quicker but it squeaks a lot over bumps.

Please excuse my lack of off-road knowledge but what are Mousses some kinda tyre / tube sealant gunk or anti-puncture tyres?
