What indicators are on the 2008 adventure

Hi, I've seen loads of adverts for the new gsa showing it fitted with clear lenses. I thought these were an option.... can anybody tell me wht is fitted as standard and if its worth upgrading to clear lenses, or even LED lenses. also how much are the options likely to cost me either from BMW or from somebody else...

the indicators are clear lenses with amber bulbs. the rear light on my gsa is led. think both are standard

orange are standard , clear or " white " are option.
led tail light is standard on 08.

Mines got one on the left and one on the right at the front and the same again at the back

Still got the stoopid operating switches as well though

I am waiting for delivery of GSA myself and asked salesman very same question a few weeks ago, clear lenses on indicators orange bulbs and led rear, as standard, rumour of led indicators but hasn't happened as yet !

I was quoted £25 for clear lens indicator option on my 08 GSA...I think it's worth it

Deffinately clear indys as standard on mine. As far as im aware, the GS is the same from 2008 on. Paid extra for them on my 2006 one tho. Rear tail/stop/numba plate light cluster, is LEDs.

Clear lenses were a £25 option on the 2004 -2007 bikes but they are standard on the 2008.

My 2008 GSA came with clear indicator lenses, orange bulbs etc, no talk at NOG of the clear lenses being an option....

Out of interest how easy it it to source orange indicator bulbs in different countries - kind of concerned that having the white lenses might cause an issue if your only orange bulb fails in for'n parts ?

Dont think itd be a great problem, but I suppose you could take spares with you or even revert back to hand signals if it comes to it.
