I`m with you on this, latest order just arrived in the door today.
Even done a return and got a refund without problems.
 
I do not / will not deal with NN.

I have been through the same issues as above, however when I quoted the relevant legislation and cited court action he got his arse in gear
 
Won’t deal with N N after an item he sold was not as described . That was a couple of years back . Managed to get him on the phone as a last resort I was very polite and he was downright rude.

Seems to be a lottery as to whether you are lucky enough to get what you order Buyer beware !

True that negatives are much more likely to get reported that positives, but this doesn't change the fact that NN's customer service can be found wanting. And before anyone should mention, always been polite and civil as a customer.

I've probably handed over 800 quid to NNs in the last 6 months. As for one of the posts above, in future I will look to go elsewhere in first instance.
