What radios

I currently have a Kenwood TK3201 which i use with my autocom for bike to bike when on tour with the lads, but i also do some CBT training and am looking to get either some radios that are compatable with the kenwood or 3 of the same make ( one on my bike and 2 for students)

Does anyone have any recomendations for such things

I'd stick with the Kenwood. They're durable with a good range and battery life. They regularly come up for sale on E-Bay at reasonable prices.
