Does a 91 r100 rt have. I'm going to order some k&n filters but I'm unsure which ones to get.

32mm and better for it.
But if you want non CV carbs your going to be better with larger ports so you really need R100R or 100GS heads. You can fit earlier 40mm heads but if you intend to tune for performance you will be limited on the size of the inlet valve. If you get the latter heads they have a better inlet tract that will allow bigger valves.
BTW K&N filters are crap with CV carbs
