Allihies again.. but off to Asia soon....
I'm in the process of making an on-line sales system especially for Ireland. Any one got any ideas on what products could sell well on the net. I know most things have already been done, but looking at some on-line systems for mainland europe products in Ireland I realise that the prices are very high and it is possible to do a cheaper deal.

Any other suggestions for products 4 a specific country????

Funny Steve,

No, I already have some ideas, and I'm working on them. When Its published I'll let you know.
However I was thinking maybe some of you had some ideas.

How many Belgian beers can you get in the UK and how much do you pay for them. I know you can get Stella and Hoegarden in the supermarket but that leaves somewhere between 298 and 448 beers to go. (ignoring some specialised outlets)

How about setting up an on line Ex-pat 'survivals' store where people can get tetly or PG Tips tea bags, branston pickle, colmans mustard, cadbury cream eggs etc delivered to home. I'd use it :D

Gecko, you mean like this . I think this is the one I read about that is making a mint. Great idea. If I was abroad I'd use it.

How about looking for the vest products from around Europe (EU at least to make shipping easier) and just listing those. Chocs from Belgium, bangers from UK, leather from Spain, drugs from Netherlands. You know.

The son of one of the guys at work made some decent pocket money selling Harry Potter from the UK on US eBAY. Sure it was the same stuff they could find there, but thet fact they were buying it from the UK lead them to buy loads.
