Im trying to spec a new GS Adventure and wondered if anyone knew or is there a website that detailed whats included in the
Dynamic package and
Premium package.

I also wanted to know how much extra's are like
ABS
Tyre pressure control
Panniers etc etc

I cant get down to the dealer for a few days to ask so any help would be great

Thanks
Simon

Send email to dealer and ask them?

Have a look at the BMW Motorad UK web site. Pick a bike and spec it will tell you what each package includes and which overlap spec wise etc.

The BMW configurator has been taken off the BMW site for some weeks now. Neither are there any prices shown on the site (AFAICS).

This is probably due to current economic climate in EU and exchange rate.

As of now (08:50am 11 Dec 2008) the current exchange rate with the Euro (1.1390) would increase the price of a basic R1200GS by around £1,200 and an R1200GSA by around £1,600

Don`t bother...Hein gericke is better and half the price:thumb

Assuming of course you ddont mind them leaking and falling apart with warranty thats not worth two pennies (no I dont have a twat suit but have used both)

I got the Hein Gericke textiles,
Looks nice, comfy but aint that waterproof, my wallet is always getting wet, wheras my mates stuff in his Rukka gear is always dry.

Dont plan on changing any riding gear though, would rather spend the money on some nice touratech stuff, plus gotta save for my European tour next may.

Im just so trying to justify spending the money on the bike, I know its worth it when riding the bike but its the ear ache when Im not.

Had my HG cruise gear for 2 years. Never leaked a drop and it`s warm and comfy. Perhaps i`m lucky.....:thumb

Would like some Rukka gear though when and if business ever picks up again:rolleyes:

Rainbow Rotherham have a promotion with every new 1200 GS \ GSA that includes ONE free option i.e. luggage set, packs, akro exhaust, free servicing, reduced interest rate etc etc check it out first. :rob

1st Registration fee
On the road delivery charge and
factory delivery

= 539.

Shouldnt the dealer be paying these costs?
Why two delivery costs? Im not after home delivery.
Do they quote it on paper to increase the overall price of the bike so when you knock them down 1000, really you have only knocked them down 461 pounds?

Anyone know?
Thanks
Simon
