generally this will go on forever with only light maintenance The Airhead on the other hand IS more involved

roughly 1500 to 2500 ish
I would think around £1500 on a good day.
Perhaps clean up the centre stand and replace a few rusty screws first.

I fear it will raise quite a bit less than its real value to you, as a solid reliable workhorse.
I’ve got one of those. 4k miles. And it’s been tuned .. superb bikes, 
These and VFR 750/800s, never heard a single bad word about them. Have a bump.
