The spokes on the rear wheel on my DRZ400 have gone rusty, is it feasable to put a new set of spokes in by replacing them one at a time,ie take a rusty spoke out put new one in and tighten it then move on to the next untill they have all been done.

don't think so

Though i don't own a DRZ i don't think you'll find it possible to change out all the spokes one at a time, find yourself a good wheel builder and do it that way, you won't have a wobbly wheel at the end of a long tedious job. Having replaced the odd broken spoke its a bleedin' nightmare on most bikes.

I've done it myself on mountain bike wheels.

Replace the first spoke, then spin the wheel 180 degrees and replace the next one, then spin it back and replace the third etc.

It's a bloody tedious job, and still does't guarantee that you will have a true wheel at the end of it.
