Just been looking at a little holiday next feb sailing around the Canaries on a yacht.

Food supplied, stops in sheltered bays/bars for drinks etc

girlfriend has spat the dummy out - accused me of trying to get her to go on a Cruise !!

... is not a cruise if you have to pull on a rope, steer or generally make the thing go; that's called sailing

If you are not crewing the yacht then it's a cruise.
Will the boat be sailng? or will it be motoring because they have a schedule to keep?
Do you or girlfriend suffer from sea sickness?
