Where do i stand?

Hoping to get a 1200 when mine is in for service/warranty work.
To look the part i really have to stand on the foot resting bits whilst riding down the A38. How do I stand? Is it on my balls or instep or heel?

After all I dont want to look a pr1k and get it wrong

I was thinking of looking on my LWD/LWR DVD's to see how Charley and McEwans does it but cant be fecked.
