Ive done an internet search as i need a new rear conti trail attack. best price i have from my local guy is £140 fitted to a loose wheel,BMW quoted £155 and that was ride in. Anyone know of any deals on, i dont mind just buying a tyre and getting it fitted myself.

Got a good price on a metzler earlier in the year, but they might be able to assist. I was told later that cash also helps with the price. They can get any make you want, with a little notice



I just had a new rear [metzler] put on at HGB south ruislip 0208 841 5787, they are worth giving a ring for a price. They were telling me that the wholesalers are offering tyres at discount prices but it changes from week to week, which make etc. Although the general trade impression is that tyres are creeping up and up in price. Ringing round is your best bet. I normally dont get a choice, as I'm having a bad run on punctures.

Oh aye, not worth the trip, but the point is if they can do it someone near you should be able to. They all use the same suppliers...
