Nae far from my hoose, if it's where I think it is... Korean War memorial and one of the refuge stones near Torphichen. Probably.

I look out onto Cairnpapple hill from my livingroom windaes, and you'd possibly make out my house from a hi-res version of that first photo. Can't say that ever stopped at the Memorial for a look around though - perhaps should do that sometime.
Some of those wee roads over the Bathgate hills are good fun - looks like you managed to time your run well, inbetween the downpours that seem to be all too regular for comfort at the moment.
