Which All-in-one printer/scanner do you recomend

I am after an All-in-one printer/scanner as my Epsom has failed and it used so much ink I would like to canvas opinions.

So what do you recomend and why??

We've got an HP one here that's been pretty good. Can't remember the number was it's in the other office, probably been superceded anyway.

Try Canon

Have a look at the new models and choose one that meets your needs. Make sure to get one with separate ink tanks for each colour...

I've got a Dell, very good.
DO NOT under any circumstances get a "Brother", biggest heap o shyte ever to darken my doorstep. Binned it at the local tip in the end as I was too embarrased to offload it on to some other poor unsuspecting ebayer.

My Canon Pixima MP500 has now got issues with thinking it has the wrong ink tanks after just one year rendering all the functions not working. I can't find an obvious fix. Wouldn't use again.

the anwser to that question is what do you use it for?
I have a 'good' printer and a general for everything printer, and thats a £25 lexmark X2550 bought it from Aldi's and for just general print stuff its great and cheap.
