Which seat?

I'm going to get a standard type seat to use on my GSA12 (I'm used to the height but I want a lower option for the slipply winter commute)
The standard seat from the GS12 drops the height by the necessary (20mm) amount and is 154 pounds - anybody got any other recommendations without too much extra cost?

The other option is to have the seat rebuilt to your specification. I got my seat made 20mm taller by mortorcycleseatworks near Bradford which cost me £75.
The other option is to pick up a second hand seat up off Flea Bay - the going rate is about £50 for a standard 1200GS front seat.

If you're going to commute throughout winter another option might be a Baehr heated seat. They've had rave reviews from people up here. Contact Dutchman about this option; I was certainly surprised about the price, and if I wasn't such a wuss and rode all year round I'd consider one.
