Okay Geezer. Come On. You Know How It Works.

Set the date yourself and the determine whether it is viable to go ahead when you have had sufficient response to your proposal.

This gives Geezers & Gals the opportunity to determine for themselves whether they can attend or not, and removes the ambiguity for Geezers & Gals to ascertain when they may, or may not, be free to attend your buena vista Kentish field.

As a suggestion, why not go for Friday 30th Sept 2011 'til 2nd Oct 2011, which allows a bit of recovery time from Bryn's Ripley marathon and will not be too far into the Autumn weather window.

BTW: Have the grass cut and the roller dragged across the preferred camping area to flatten out the Turkey scat.

8th october for a bare bones camp?

is that ok?
it will be a recession busting camp,no daisys diner,no shotgun shooting,no nothing except camping , beer, and fire walking to to the beat as usual.
It will be totally self catering,with sainsburys round the corner its not an issue.
I'll leave it at this date,unless there are tales of woe about peeps who cant make it, and maybe we may need to shift it.
I'll speak to paul bht and post it up nationally again if ok.
£5 per head per night and kids camp free.
Maybe we could do some air rifle shooting if Roy can oblige.A prize donated by me again for the best shooter.ttfn
