Who's had a techlusion fitted?

i had one & i took it off 'cos i couldn't get the mixture right low down. not directly the fault of the techlusion, more the required disconnection of the lambda probe.

others appear to have not had this problem, or have not noticed it perhaps?

easy to adjust otherwise, though you'd need a dyno to do it properly.

oh yes, mileage was down too. it would be really wouldn't it, all it does is add fuel.
roughly 185* miles per tank down to about 165.

*no CCP fitted.

had mine professionally set up, and as cookie says they basically add fuel to the weak spots in the rev range caused by a) Bwm getting round emissions and b) hooligans fitting Y pieces, race cans and k&n's etc etc.... it uses probably around 5% more fuel,
but performs 10% better :D

Had my 1030TFi fitted for ages. Have never had it set up properly - just copied a mate's settings who has a similar set-up to my own bike.

Same as Cookie, about 165 miles per tank when thrashed. Don't know when ridden conservatively:D

Similar problem

I've got the same issue with the Techclusion and posted a question on the manufacturer's web forum about it. I've just bought a multimeter and I'm about to have a go setting it up properly. I was expecting a rise in fuel consumption but even so I think the settings on my chip are too rich.

Have a look here

I bought a "cheap" eprom chip from a German chap on eBay, noticble difference in running, smoother more power with the same mpg :D
