Why cant I get BT sports live?

Every time I try and log on it says download Silverlight but it then tells me it is already installed and that's that, no further.
I've tried everything I think they have told me to try and no good.
I don't have the same issue with any off the other players inc Sky Go.
Help please.

Try uninstalling Silverlight from your pc then go to Microsoft Silverlight download and download the latest version for your operating system,
or you should be able to download Silverlight, the system will detect the old version and tell it to replace it.

Personally, I now just get BT sport via phone app and Cast it to the TV in HD glory using Chromecast dongle.
