Ive just fitted Wilbers WESA to my F800 GSA , what a transformation !! IMO the single most important change you can make to a bike.

How did you find the wilbers? I fitted one to my x challenge years back. Made a big difference to that. Have you done anything to the front of your gs800a that's for sale? I've been debating the gs800a and clearly you have lots of experience with one . Yours looks heavily modified so could be right up my street.
 
Totally agree, Richie. I have a Nitron rear shock on my F800GS and it transformed the bike. I was 5 or 10 mph quicker down a country road simply because it gripped properly. 99% of bikes have more than enough power, if you have money to spend on the bike - up grade the suspension, it’s always going to be money well spent.

Very wise
All my bikes have aftermarket suspension
I keep them a long time if I like them
Cheaper than swapping and changing is to improve the one you have already
