It is now allowed to do wild camping in some parts of Denmark. See more here (danish) http://www.naturstyrelsen.dk/Naturoplevelser/Aktiv/FriTeltning/

Translated:
Free tent tion

Free tent tion directed against "the quiet forest walk" - an offer which allows for accommodation in the tent "in the forest floor." The goal is to provide other opportunities to experience nature than traditional seats. There is only what nature can offer. If you wish to use eg. toilet or bonfire / bbq one must use the other accommodations.

The basis for the Agency's administration of the scheme is to "the quiet forest walks" as a rule must be allowed to stay overnight in a tent anywhere on the agency's land where it is not injurious. We select continuous multiple areas.

Yes, I believe so! :)

But translate more from that site, like this: http://translate.google.no/translate_t?q=vm+skjegg&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:nb-NO:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=no&tab=wT#da|en|

But to sum it up:
1 night
max 2 persons.
max size tent for 3 persons.
No engines!
No houses in sight from your tent.
Do not make a bonfire - use special places for that.

In Norway you can stay 2 nights, and you can be as many person as you like and use a big tent, if you like.
In Denmark they want you to find a forest on the map in your link - in Norway all forests are ok as long as you can not see a house.

In Norway many farmers let horses, sheep and cows walk in the forest all summer, so make sure your food are safe!
...and we have wolves and bears... Wolves might attack dogs, so you better NOT bring one to the forest in Norway and Sweden.

:) Liv.
