Beautiful if cold day out on the bikes. Yours truly (12GS), Snowy (12ADV) and Mrs Snowy on her 650. Out from Wusster to Builth Wells on the Hey!Far-to-far then through Upper Chapel and over the Sennybridge Ranges down to Y..., Yst... - where the BMW off-road place is. Back to Wuuss via Abergavenny and the Skinfrith Road. Luverly.

So will the day get even better as I walk down lubricate my vocal chords  prior to watching Worcester Warriors play Newcastle Falcons at Sixways.

Whatever happens, it beat the cr@p out of working!

tis good

it's a great area, the b roads around the brecon beacons are worth a look, you can get most of the way around without touching a roads

Rob

Only just!!!

It was a win for Worcester but only just - whoever wrote the script (for the game) deserves an oscar and the fat lady will have to wait a little longer in the wings to see which team is being relegated!!

And this morning my head hurts...

Well done the Warriors, 6-21 down at half time and ran out 26-21 winners. The Great Escape is on!:thumb

Aye! Well done to the Warriors, they didn't give up!:clap

I was one of the few Falcons supporters there, chewing my fingernails at that last penalty:blast

I'm pleased they're off the bottom, I enjoy Sixways, it's got a great atmosphere, so here's to more top flight rugby next season:beerjug:

I've got a bad head this morning too......but I was drowning my sorrows:tears :tears     :tears :tears

Off for a ride in the sunshine now.....before tomorrow's snow:eek:

Cheers
Russ

Game on

Yes, what a game the last 20 minutes was the best rugby i've seen their all season, and the last minute....................................There was more chance of that penalty being missed than most of the west mid's lot going off road:hide
And of course saints only had a drwa yesterday....so game on for Worc's:beer:

Just a thought...

I am a season ticket holder (southstander) and go to the away games as well when I can. We've got Briz away (now on Sky) on 7th April then Exiles at Madstad on 15th and the Fez Heads coming to Sixways for the final game of the season on the 28th April. Any of you guys planning to be at any of those games?

Neil

I'm planning to go to the Sarries game in April (tickets on sale 27th March....it's in my diary:thumb ).

Fancy meeting up for a pint? I promise not to wear my Falcons shirt:D

Cheers
Russ

Another cold one

Just come back off a short run this morning - cold but fun. I knew I sometimes scraped my boot toes but just discovered I have also been scraping away the right footpeg:eek:

 at the Sarries game sounds good - hopefully to celebrate a good end to the season. Main Bar? East Stand? Any other takers?

That is three..

Seems to me an end of season  in the main bar after the game would be appropriate.

or two
:beerjug:
or so

(This is made easier by the fact I only have to walk into Warnden Villages to get home)
