Having said that if any of you fancy supporting the West Midlans lot there is a charity run on the 8th August called Ryans Ride that I'm going to. I posted a thread in the North West section and not one person has replied.
It'll be a good ride out with tons o bikes for a really good cause. Be great to get loads of GS's there.

I rolled up just before 8.00 with KevinC, (Whom I met at the traffic lights on the way) and reversed my bike towards you. Blue (slow) 1200, with a top box, light blue t-shirt, handsome, debonair type of chap. I was on the point of introducing myself when Phil recognised me.
And I prefer to think of it as blonde

My main flaw is I cannot remember names from the first meetingm especially when there's lots and lots of people.
I was quite surprised that I was home in about 45mins thanks to no traffic on the motorway.

I've done some laning, usually following someone else (Phil, Tim, etc), but I have done more Enduros, Rallies and the odd WOR Hare & Hounds. I haven't been able to do much this year, and don't like racing in the summer, so hope to start again in the Autumn.

Well I was a first timer too - as EM said, met him at the lights on the way down!
Spoke to a few of you but as NRB said I'm rubbish at names - maybe next time I'll start to remember (but I wouldnt hold your breath) - what makes it even harder is I'm trying to remember two names for every one individual
- and I usually struggle with one!
Anyway - I'm going to try and make the camping weekend and maybe I'll see some of you there!
Off to Italy later today but by air not bike this time (2 kids in tow!)
