Anyone here familiar with windows server 2008? I want to know how to set up local and internet networks through the two onboard network cards. i.e. set DHCP to only bind to one adapter and use windows firewall to separate two distict networks?

Is this in an Office environment?

i.e. are you trying to restrict users PCs from accessing the internet but allowing them access to the Server while allowing the Server to access the internet?

I want to set the server up as a remote office server with a permanent vpn link to the main office. The WAN on one net card with the local office connections on the second LAN card. Basically I want the server to act as a firewall router/gateway to the main office with DFS replication to provide local domain resources on one net card only.
