Windscreen

After two days and several hundred miles I find a lot of buffeting off the top of the windscreen. I've tried adjusting it from low to high and find high is the best. Would I benefit from a higher screen? I'm 6ft. 4.

Personally I think they are overpriced (especially now they attract VAT) for what they are - a few lumps of metal - but so are most R1150GS bits n' pieces. However, at 6'3" tall I can testify that they really do work and nothing comes close so to stop buffeting, so you really have no other option. I love mine, I'm just smarting from being rogered on the price! Definitely recommended (the tobinators, not the rogering).

Other people have posted here that MRA Vario is also a good bet.

You can swap from bike to bike in minutes so find someone friendly in your area (if that's possible in South Wales ) and borrow the screen and tobinators setup off their bike for a couple of hours.
