Last couple of days this message keeps popping up do i need this or is it a scam ?

its spyware - you need to get rid of it !!

most antivirus software should detect and remove it else do a google search lots of info about it

I can recommend microsofts own anti-spyware it's free and has found somethings on my PC that others haven't
