I already did a search on here, but is there a site anywhere with straight forward instructions for generic lights fitment? 
I appreciate they can run with a switched live, through a relay, from a light feed etc, but where to tap in? Is the alternator up to it (plus 110 watts)?
Where to mount the switch? Where to get a decent water resistant relay (part no. and source)?

Just fitted some S&W tank bars (Adventure stylee) with mounts for a pair of lights built in. Gotta use 'em.

but just added fog lights by installing relay under tank, beside air box ( thanks to BTBR) and took switched feed from the bundle under the clocks ( yellow wire ), when dipped light comes on so do the aux. lights, so alternator must be capable.
