Hi all I am looking for a ignition activated wire under the tank on a 1150 GSA. Obviously don’t want to go cutting into anything without knowing whats what. The wire I am trying to connect is a control wire for a relay. So there will be minimum current draw.

So with the wealth of knowledge out there I thought I’d ask.

Thanks in advance.

HI Kas is it the relay from N/NORMANS? Ive got one to fit on my GSA it recommends the back light wire not sure wot colour I will check with the meter on sunday will let you know if someone hasn't told before..

Hi Wayne,
Yes it's from N/Normans it's the relay for his Aux Fuse panel, if that helps. Everything else is wired up.

Pickie of its location would help :augie
Cheers

Hi Wayne,

Job done. Whent round with a meter and ended up doing the following.

Relay mounted to LH side

Then took a female bullet connector and soldered it to orange control wire.
Put bullet connector around green wire going into connector block under tank from ignition. slid it into back of connector in block. Works brilliantly and is not invasive to bikes wiring.

Mounted fuse panel at rear of battery and wired up.

All working well.

Cheers for help.
