Hi - just a little history

I've just had the bike serviced at Wollaston Motors. It then went in a packing crate and 5 weeks later , here it is in CH. I was going to use it as my transport today and the bugger wouldn't start. It has been plugged into the BMW optimate thing - and all it shows is a red light.

I seemed to remember there was a fuse 3 issue when the optimate didn't work. Fuse 3 looked ok but has been replaced.

Any other suggestions?

Maybe a stupid suggestion... but was the battery removed or disconnected before shipping?

No - I have just managed to start the bugger - but the battery is very weak.

Your lucky, my Gel went completly flat and that was it! luckely still under warrenty, note to ,others always disconnect saves an awful l;ot of hassell 'cos thats what happend to me.
