Help please, I can't find a way that will let me compose threads etc without being on line, for example, the technical section allows me to read pre opened posts but I can't reply without going back on line.
Is it me or is it my XT.

You can't. It's not like the old newsgroups I'm afraid. The only reason you can see the pre-opened posts is because they're in your browsers cache.

Noddy,
If time being on-line is an issue, compose your thread in Outlook or Word, spellcheck etc and then go on-line and cut and paste it in.

Ok guys, thanks for that.
I need to be looking into a Broadband option for this coming winter then.
My normal internet usage on payg is about £8 per month, but I think it's now going to be a tad higher.
