Yup, it's a 2008 with ABS, looks unused, just wondered what I'm missing on the bike, I don't have traction control, could be that

Looks like an aux power connector for an accessory of some kind.

AFAIK the 1200GS diag plug is round and under the seat.

AFAIK the 1200GS diag plug is round and under the seat.

The main diagnostic plug is round, under the seat on top of the airbox on the 1150 and under the rear plastic on the 1200.

I think that's an additional plug for diagnostic work on the 1200, found one just like when I stripped the rear plastics off my 2008 earlier in the year.

Seem to be a few of them on BMW's the 650GS has a couple tucked away as well.
