WTD/SEAT ULTRA GLIDE

The only issue is whether the seat came off a pre-frame update model which i believe was in 2010. It will need different rear fittings to the standard because the original is secured to the rear fender.

Solo seats normally have a plate that covers the battery area and secure to the frame rails, especially if they are sprung or pole type.

It's the front bracket the one on mine is a peace off metal that slots into a hole on he frame ?
The picture I have of the solo seat does not have one will post some Picys tmz

I have taken o couple picys of the 2 seats as you can see the one with the metal tabs is of my glide and the other has just a brackets with a hole in it.
the one with the label is the Le Pera Single.

My guess is that there is a bracket missing from the single seat as there is nothing else to secure it but that tab. I'm afraid I don't know anyone who has a single seat like that on a Glide.

You could ask the question over on the HDRCGB site, you'd definitely find someone with that setup there

Spoken to few dealers they say the frame was not altered until 2010 ok will keep looking have a nice one

Hi all

Well Went over on the bike to pontefract tonight it pissed it down frigin seat won't fit bikes Mucky aaaaa sod lets have a large malt
It looks like a new seat
Also quick release bracket for tourpak has been ceased by customs what can't skin a seat up

Quick release kit fitted seat on and what a different looking bike love it now. Two bikes in one still got the armchair for the good lady it all fits and takes apart in minutes well worth getting just ready to ride now thanks for all the input guys Ridesafe

look I feel now this Will give me everything that I wanted seat from mustang USA wasn't to sure on the studs but cool now with it looking for after market part for rear fender it's like a small luggage rack like the one on the bonnie tank ?
Any ideas ?

i bought a small rear rack that locates where the pillion sits, locates on the two studs at the front and the single allen bolt to the rear..

BHT bought one also, about £70 and decent quality.

i'll try and find the link.
