From my R1200GS LC 2013 a pair of 25mm bar risers and bolts. Not new but in good nick (see photos).
These risers fit
R1200 GS LC/Adventure
R1250 GS/Adventure
R1250 RT
S1000 XR.
Instructions and torque settings included.

I don't think they will fit the R1250 RT ... The R yes but not the RT

I may be mistaken. If you have an RT, best not risk it!
I've had another look and now can't find the reference.
I now can't vouch for the S1000 XR either.
