wunderlich light protector

ime looking for headlight protector and noticed wunderlich are doing one that folds down. i assume this is so you get no stripy patterns on the road when riding at night. has anyone tried one, any good

It's an effort to reduce annoying stray flare that some of these "protectors" cause.....

What are the perspex cover like that have the velcro tabs on the headlight?, they have a touch fit, do you still get stray light flare?

If the edging is painted it will reduce the flare from the internal surface. Nothing will reduce flare from the back face unless a boot (or shroud) is fitted, no matter how close it is to the headlamp......

the wunderlich protector ive seen is a wire one and folds down for night riding (no protection then though) i just wondered if anyone has tried it and get some feedback on it
