Anyone tried these on their standard GS? Got a little chilly here yesterday and would have been nice to have a bit more wind protection

Winter in Sydney...a positively balmy at 17 deg C.:D

I've seen these fitted on a bike recently, well made - look oem so they don't seem out of place and the owner said they worked 'surprisingly' well.

Actually it got to 23c yesterday but did get down to 14c in some spots. Mainly want them for highways where you are sitting at higher speeds for long periods of time

That was my bike with them on. Can't say there is a huge difference though probably reduce wind around lower body. No noticeable effect on chest or head. By moving hand over them you can feel how wind is deflected.

Easy to fit though nut at front was a pig since it is effectively hidden and difficult to hold and tighten.

I want them mainly for my lower body so sounds like they are what I am looking for.

I fitted these to my bike about a month ago and they do make a difference around the lower body. They are great quality and easy to fit. The tinted ones are a good match for my tinted TTech screen. They get my vote!

They seem to do some good with a standard screen.. yet soon as I stuck a givi screen on they blew cold air straight up my sleeves.. so I've now taken them off..
