Anyone know if the forks from a 2007 X/Challenge will go straight onto my 2007 X/Country.
I would like to retain the original wheel from the X/Co for now.

Steve

Should be a straight swap. Frostyuk has some for sale which is I presume why your asking?

Yep straight swop, i have a set of x country wheels which i use on my x challenge for commuting, no probs, straight swop:thumb

Forks are different.............??

Different part nos different lengths , possibly different spring rates.

Has anyone tried these with the X country?
Front and rear rate balance..... might need to check rear shock settings so it sits evenly when weighted.

Need a suspension specialist to check its safe I suppose.
I must admit the X Co does seem a bit light at the front when the front brakes are on hard.
