Hi
Anybody with and X country with ali sub frame would it be possible to measure the gap between the frame and the fingers that fit into the seat ( these half way along the sub frame) .
I think the ones on the X Country we have just got have been bent down due to incorrect seat fitting and have cracked the plastic seat where these fingers engage.
I do not know if a steel sub frame has these maybe steel sub frame owner could enlighten us.
Thanks

The fingers on my ally subframe were bent down when I became the 2nd owner. This made it hard to fit the seat, and the plactic of the seat was chewed up by the fingers not aligning well with the locating holes. I bent the fingers up, gently, to aid location. The seat is still a pain to locate but manageable now.
