In the process of tidying up my bike, and the plastics are looking a little tired.

has anyone found a good paint that won't crack like the original finish did?

Or would the wrap option be a better bet ?

I wish I could get a set of unpainted plastics new..... I quite like the grey couloured plastic, it's a bit CCM404-ish! :D

I covered mine, Blue Peter style, in black sticky back plastic. Impossible to do neatly because of the amounts of curves, so I made it look even more ratty on purpose :thumb2

A liberal coating of nitromors seems to shift the existing paint.

trouble is the plastics seem to be made from different colours?

My side panels look like they are grey under the paint, while the tail section is black.

I plan doing a carbon fiber skim on mine

Downside is wont be as flexible. Halfords paint is good i have done few bikes. Just get good load coats laquet on them seal all in
