Just about to finish a spell on afore mentioned network. How do I remove all the users when I change back to my home workgroup instead of the work domain? Now I'm finished I want to remove the user profiles and associated crap that is filling up my HD to the tume of over a Gigabyte!
TIA :)

Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>System Tools?

Help recommends disabling accounts first and then deleting after ensuring there are no problems.

Log on with an account that has administrative rights.
Right click on My Computer, choose Properties, click the Advanced tab and then click Setting under 'User Profiles'
Now delete the profiles that you do not want, this should completely delete them from your PC including any files associated to them

Advanced "User profiles" was my first port of call but the accounts in question were not showing there?? Thus the question. I have manually thrown the now obsolete 'C:\Documents and Settings\[profile(s)] in the bin which works fine :thumb2 They were roaming profiles on a Vista network so that maybe why they weren't shown? :nenau

In folder settings, have you got view hidden folders set to on? If not you might find lots more crap to delete.
