nah, not got round to it yet.:o

Suffice to say I had fun, but the GS is still safe.;)

Able,

I did a similar thing: Played on a K1200S while waiting for Cannons to work on my RS.

Quick?

It sounds like a turbine; then it gets into it's stride and it sounds like a screaming banshee; then...

I want one, but I'll have to wait a few years before I can pick up an affordable second-hand one.

I know this is the wrong forum to appreciate finer thiings such as the K1200S but, as an ex-K75S owner (and lover) I'd like to know when BMW will take the K1200, chop one pot off, and make us a K900S triple. That I would like to play on.

P.S. I have been e-mailed a copy of the ride-out etiquette, which you produced for your ride-outs. I have adapted it for use on the Essex Border Patrol ride-out, which I am trying to organize. Hope you don't mind that I've used some of your good ideas (the marker system, etc.); if you want to see what I've produced, or if you'd like to join us for the ride-out, e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll send you a copy with the reply.
