Never spotted that before ,

The handlebar risers on the 2011 TC are reversable for reach,

Long armed personage, remove and turn 180 degrees,

Short armed personage - make sure the lean angle faces toward you

Looking at the risers, i guess it also means your body angle lowers if you are of short arms, and turn them backwards

Noticed the same some time ago working on friends' bike.
I think it's more for on road or off-road riding as you might want to change the position of the handlebars.

When I got my 2013 TC I fitted up and back new risers so never noticed - I might have only needed to turn them!
