Hi folks. A heads up for anyone needing a stopover in Zaragoza, Aragon Spain. Just spent a great couple of days in the heart of the city and stayed here. Hotel SAUCE. http://www.google.co.uk/aclk?sa=l&a...ulQgS11109945420:pl:ta:p1:p2:ac:ap1t1:neg;ws=. A 2 star hotel, which in my opinion is well understated. Only a 5 min walk from the Basilica and its surroundings. Fine eateries and bars are in abundance. The hotel also has secure underground parking ( 7e for bikes). We will be going back for sure.

Stayed there last year . Excellent. Nice people.

We turned off the A23 at Teruel onto the A420 which kinda runs parallel. Its a cracking road, very quiet cos everything uses the 23. The 420 then joins the A222. All in all a much more pleasurable ride. Came across this place as well which was an added bonus.

Great city. If I choose somewhere to live in Spain, it would be there. Get a Bici and marvel as the locals do at the cable car to nowhere

IME the four / five star hotels in town are available around the 80Euro mark, go,slightly further out from the old town. Spent a while working out there, cold in winter and 40degs in summer (which was hot for the locals), to the water park!

Lots to see there and its a relaxing place.

Hi. Took our advice and booked Hotel Sauce end of June 2014. Heading for Andorra on route to Milleau where I shall be stopped there for 3 days and then up the East side of France and back to the UK via the tunnel. Hope the weather will be kind.

Hi. Took our advice and booked Hotel Sauce end of June 2014.

I have a booking for the Sauce for 1 night end of June too, I may have to make it 2 so that I can see a little more of the city

I`m currently at the Hotel Sauce, but nobody warned me about the access to the garage. The bikes on the 3rd floor down of the basement level, but the ramps up/down are a sight to behold ............ steep and slippery with a bend at the top of each. It should be interesting when I have to get it out
