Anybody got one? Are they any good. Worthy as a replacement for my 2610?

I've seen them advertised for only £126.00 new. Is this too good to be true?

I got a 220 when my 2610 died.

Main worry was the screen size difference. Need not have worried as I soon got used to it. Plus moving around the menus is much easier on the 220 and the compact size means it can go in a pocket when not on the bike - something that was hard to do with the 2610.

If that price is true - then it's a good deal.

Satnaveasy are usually the cheapest, and they're £295, so £126 does sound too good to be true. But you never know!

There did used to be a cheaper nuvi model that was waterproof, perhaps that is what you've seen.

Pentagon gps (actually Toyota dealership in Sheffield) £259 going tomorrow to pick one up saw it cheaper before Xmas at Play.com.

Ordered one today from Pentagon, priced @ £259 + £6 postage. Handtec advertise at roughly the same price but no stock!
Interested to hear how other tossers find it.

Bought mine last year for a trip to europe. Its my first satnav. Usually navigate using maps and guesswork when Im in europe but my girlfriend woz with me last year(usually go myself or with mates)so didnt want any f**k ups. Still mainly used my 2002 map of europe and didnt rely on the 220 but it woz spot on 99% of the time. Only time it lost the plot woz heading back and I went into karlsruhe for a bite to eat and fuel. Took me in circles trying to get out of the town so eventually switched it off and used guesswork and roadsigns. I dont need the extra stuff on the 660 as all I wanted woz a basic waterproof satnav. I dont pre plan trips using mapsource or anything.I decide where to go and where to camp when I get there. And am nearly deaf so dont need music or com systems.Im fairly happy with it but I dont have anything to compare it to

Used mine for the first time last Sunday, the unit is fine but a Qwerty keyboard would be great as it seems a pain to get used to a different way of entering info. Apart from this minor whinge the unit is ideal and fairly straightforward to use.
