Zumo 550 + 1150gs

Hi. New to GPS but looking to order Zumo 550 this week.

Can someone tell me if the standard bike mount is ok for 1150gs with tankbag in use?

well, it fits on the left side of the handlebar on mine, positioned so as to not obscure the RID and it does'nt effect the tankbag i have, its a baglux fitted to my tank cover bagster i think

Cheers, I have baglux too. I take it this is with standard mount as supplied..

yup

standard mount, plugged into an accessorie socket fitted to the beak, so i can remove it quickly, and a different screw

Me too, standard mount, lefthand bar so you can see RID, switched fused power, BMW tank bag no probs.
