Zumo 550 2010 map update

Just bought a Garmin Zumo 550. Just before the alleged price increase.

I then logged onto the Garmin site and was able to update the 2009 maps to NT 2010.10 Free.

Thie was downloaded so it also updated my version of Mapsource which was yonks old.

Me three. Bit early for 2010 you'd have thought?

I spoke to a friend that works for a Belgian Garmin retailer and he confirmed that Garmin was hiking the price up so there was price parity with the continent to stop the likes of me ordering it from the UK, Just like i did from Handtek.co.uk ( super fast service and delivery by the way)
