I've just bought a Zumo 550 from purelygadgets.com as they looked best priced online at £421 incl del. Ordered Sunday and it was delivered Royal Mail Monday am - so far so good. - Only 1 problem, no bike power cable in the box!! 
OK, these things happen and it's probably not a general problem related to this vendor. - At least it will work in the mount for a couple of hours on battery. But trying to get it fixed... - now that is a different story.
I've emailed them, phoned them - they said "email us again with the details".!! Got an automated email saying they'd be back to me with 24 hours 3 days ago..followed up with more emails and today have (and still am) hung on a line for 3 HOURS to get from queue position 6 to (so far) pos. 2
ABSOLUTELY BLOODY EFFING USELESS
Unfortunately, I only read a couple of similar feedback commnets about this retailer after I'd ordered, so that'll teach me.
While I've been hanging on the line, I got onto the other phone to Garmin UK "No problem sir, we'll get one in the post to you. Here's the tracking number.."
