Just got back from the Simmer Dim. On the way up there I discovered that my 550 was stuck fast in the Garmin mount. What's holding it in there is one of the locating pins which drop down into the 550 when you 'lock' the mount down.One of the pins has sheared at the top so it's flush with the mount.
I just left it in there for the duration of the trip because it wasn't going anywhere without some serious application that opportunist thieves tend to lack and I was going to a bike rally.
It's on my list of jobs to do tomorrow when I wash the bike. Anyone had a similar problem? Can it be broddled out easily?
Any thoughts appreciated, even stupid ones as long as they're amusing
