Zumo 550

Hi, after a bit of help and or advice, i have a zumo 550 which i have used on numerous occasions without problem, came to use it today and map screen keeps showing "aquiring sattelites" but does not seem to be able to locate them, has anyone else ever had this problem? and if so how did you solve the problem?
Is there a way to restore the device back to factory settings?

Pull the battery out and re-install after 10 mins or so. Should get it back up and running.
