After from seeing the price of Bmw V satnav, choose to purchase Zumo 660lm from fleabay £269, yes you cant use the wank wheel to control it apart from turning it on and off.but it works very well and even tells you how to get to your destination:rolleyes:. Has Euro maps with lifetime updates . the unit came with every possible extra, chargers, bike mounts car mounts etc ect.
Iam not saying you shouldnt buy the £600 BMW unit. but.........

Not much wrong with the 660LM you're right.
I bought my Nav V for £275 then sold my 660 for £225. Much prefer the Nav V. Second hand prices seem to hover around £400 but I got lucky I guess.

Nowt wrong with the 660, its a good all round nav, that with the amount of time its been out, is very sorted.

annoyingly, I upgraded my trusty 2610 to a Zumo but chose the 390LM rather than the 660LM as Halfords had the former on offer over a Bank Holiday flash sale.

Now, having acquired an R1200RS I wish I had chosen the 660LM :blast

i had a 660 and yes it does the job, purchased the nav 5, it is quicker with a clearer screen and has alot of additional features which I use.
